Half a skip of rubbish cleared from the Exe Estuary Devon Live Half a skip of rubbish – including a pair of clay smoking pipes, which could date back to the 18th or 19th Century – was cleared from the Exe Estuary on Saturday morning. Almost 150 volunteers gave up their Saturday morning to clean-up the Exe Estuary.
