New York holds Saint-Gobain Plastics and Honeywell International liable for contaminating water

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has held Saint-Gobain Plastics and Honeywell International liable for contaminating water with perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in Hoosick Falls, a small village on the Vermont border.
