Empresas ICA to build Santa Maria reservoir dam in Sinaloa, Mexico

Mexico-based infrastructure and construction company Empresas ICA has signed a public works contract with the Federal Water Commission of Mexico (Conagua) to construct the Santa Maria reservoir dam.
